[INNOVATION] Umpqua Bank's Innovation Lab Video

 

 

Bankers, and the web, are starting to get excited about the Innovation Lab and this video gives us a look inside.

Though the video (3:32) is of poor quality, we can get some idea of Umpqua's new direction.  As I said in a previous post, "It is a community center, store, meeting place, and bank all rolled into one and a truly original banking concept."

The architecture is so-so, but the merits of the idea shine through.  Let me know what you think.
